David Solomont
Founder & CEO
Mr. Solomont has over 40 years’ experience in the information technology, interactive media and software industries. He is an active investor and advisor to early-stage technology companies and was the founder of CommonAngels in Boston, one of the first institutionalized angel groups in the country. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tufts University and a master’s degree in management from MIT’s Sloan School. He is a founding Trustee and past Chairman of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council and previously served on the Information Technology Committee at the Museum of Science, Boston and as an Advisor to the Internet Working Group at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
