David Roberts

David Roberts is a veteran industrialist with over 45 years in the automotive and aerospace sectors. His work in the manufacturing sector has included executive positions with Chrysler and Aston Martin. He is a champion of British manufacturing and has a close working relationship with the UK Government on UK automotive sector issues, especially supply chain growth and expansion. With a specific interest in the EV and Battery Sector, he launched one of the UK’s first Li-ion Battery Tech companies in 2010 and now has interests in several EV companies from specialist and niche EV vehicles through to hydrogen-electric commercial trucks. David currently Chairs a number of companies including Evtec Group, WCM Europe and Evera Recruitment, and has been past Chair at a wide range of global companies. He is an Export Ambassador to the UK Government as well as an Industrial Advisor to Coventry University Aerospace and Automotive Advanced Manufacturing Facility. He also Chairs the Coventry and Warwickshire Children’s Charity.
